Shipping & Returns

Every order ships flat-packed with labelled parts and an illustrated manual. Small items (bar stools, side tables, mirrors) leave the warehouse within 2–4 working days; large items (sofas, wardrobes, beds over 160 cm) are dispatched on a pallet within 5–10 working days. The exact dispatch window is printed on each product page under "Delivery".

Couriers deliver to the doorstep. For bulky items the driver will call you roughly 24 hours ahead to agree a time window, so keep your phone reachable on the day.

Checking the delivery

Flat-packed furniture survives transport well, but check the parcel before signing: count the boxes against the packing list and look for crushed corners or torn wrapping. Note any damage on the delivery receipt with the driver present — this makes the replacement process a single email instead of a dispute.

Returns — 30 days

You can request a return within 30 days after your item is delivered. Email 434516138@qq.com with your order number (or start the request from your account); we confirm within 1–2 business days and send return instructions. Please wait for that before posting anything back — parcels sent without an approved return request can't be accepted. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Change of mind / no-reason returns: items need to come back unused and in their original packaging. You arrange and pay return shipping to our address in China (we quote the exact cost before you send), and a 50% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we cover all return costs and, at your choice, replace the item or refund in full including shipping.
Compressed / vacuum-packed sofas: returnable even after unboxing — contact us first so we can arrange suitable packaging or collection.
Customers in the EU or UK: none of this takes away your legal right to cancel an online order. How that works is set out in the EU and UK section of the Returns & Refund Policy.

Assembly and safety

Most pieces assemble in 20–60 minutes with the included tools; wardrobes and bunk beds take two people and up to two hours. Every wall-tall unit ships with wall-mounting fittings — use them.
